Shelby was the young lady who took care of us. I say take care of us because she kept us informed and explained everything to us including the process down to the smallest detail. She was happy to do that. She even gave us a probable time the car would be ready and delivered it on time. She was very kind and considerate. Service was exceptional, however picking up the vehicle was a little sloppy. Upon entering the service area, I first proceeded to the Blue team, who said I was being helped by another team (Pink?), then that team looked me up and said I was with the gold team. All said, it took me 20 mins to pickup my truck waiting for agents to figure out who had my truck. Very unprofessional and a bad look for GMC.

I was referred to Suttle Motors by a past employee, who had done some work on my car. Because my car was idling abnormally, he advised me to get a Carbon Clean service because of the amount of build-up in the engine area. I was promptly greeted and introduced to the Service Advisor (Shelby Mitchell). After explaining the situation, I was given a quote and agreed to have a 3Tier Induction Service done and pulled my auto in (NO appointment and NO waiting). I was also advised of some other work that needed to be done. The service was promptly completed within one and a half hours. I am extremely satisfied with the whole two or so hours experience.
