Two and a half hours to get oil change and tire rotation. If I had known they were short handed I would have resceduled. But we live in Smithfield over 50 minutes away

Perry, as always, took great care of my van work. He’s the prime reason I bring all of my vehicles to Suttle which includes my immediate family.

The waiting room was spacious, there was free coffee available (and snacks and wifi), and my Orange Team specialist recommended some services for me that were performed in less time than expected.

Our first visit at the service department for an oil change, so a little confusing at first but the over experience was good.

My experience with Suttle has always been amazing. Perry was great help with my truck with keeping me updated on everything and understood what I wanted and needed done to my truck. I will be using them for all my maintenance needs that I cannot perform myself.

Setting up my appointment for my vehicles issue was a breeze. Lizzy was filling in for Rhonda's gold team and did an amazing job. They were fast to diagnose and fix my issue. I was kept up to date the whole time. As always, amazing! This is why we keep coming back

I did feel like I was there too long for a tire patch. The rep explained that most of my wait was them waiting on Warranty services.

We were impressed that our sales representative Melvin listened to our needs and suggested the model that best suited us. Suttle provides a professional purchasing experience. Before driving our new 2026 Buick off the lot, our representative very patiently explained the driving features indicated on the dashboard. We are very happy with our decision.

All I can say is everyone I’ve meet treated me like family and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a car or car repair. I especially enjoy Perry from the silver team. He’s always truthful with me about my vehicle and always steers me in the right direction and always helpful.. the best part of my day was meeting Mr. Suttle’s who stuck to his word and looked out for me HE REALLY MADE MY DAY. My sales person Mr. Ward was very nice to me and treated me with respect and explain everything to me about getting into another vehicle.
